Success Manager


  • Handling overall responsibility for managing our relationship with our partners
  • Monitoring, facilitating and consulting the partner during the adoption process
  • Establishing a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure our partner’s full satisfaction
  • Proactively monitor our partner’s activity and provide on-time and around the clock insights and solutions to the partner
  • Liaise with our internal teams to improve our partner’s outcome and the performance
  • Plan strategic campaigns to help our partners meet their needs and goals
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
  • Act as a liaison between our operations team and the partner, with a focus on communicating the work day roadmap and how the roadmap will influence customer activities
  • Successfully find solutions to clients issues, engages other people in our company to bring better customer satisfaction.
  • Work consistently to achieve KPIs quarterly.


  • 2-3 years experiences
  • Account Management experience is a big plus
  • Highly organized
  • Superior project and time management skills.
  • Communications or Marketing Degree is a plus
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes.
  • Patient and active listener.
  • Passion for service.
  • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong collaboration and good relations relationships with customers
  • Digital marketing (or related experience) in a customer-oriented position would be and asset
  • Passion for testing, measuring and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness
